2011-2012 Marathon & Half Marathon Training Program
Orientation/Information meeting: Thursday, July 7th, 2011, 7:00pm
Programs includes:*
* Personalized coaching and tips,
* Daily – 16 week schedule to follow.
* 5:30am/6:00am Saturday long runs.
* Gatorade & water along course.
* Fruit and bagels after each run.
* Expert staff of runners for advice .

* Team Coolmax training shirt.
* Reduced entry fee for PAL ½ marathon, November 5th, 2011.
* Thursday night fun runs 6:30pm.
* Custom map w/run distances.
* Subscription to S.F. Running Forum
* Alumni pace leaders for various distances and paces each week.
* Saturday runs start at Runner’s Edge. Bathrooms, refreshments, water, shower available after long runs!
Program: Coaching (A)* The
coaching program is for all levels of runners, whether you’re a
beginner or advanced runner. This program is designed for half/full
marathon runners looking to optimize their training with the help of our
coaches and staff. Program includes:
- Personalized coaching. * Individual monthly schedule.
- Personalized emails with feedback. * Customized training book.
Fee $150 – 6 months training.
Program: Long Run (B)*
The Long run program is design either for alumni or runners with
previous half/full marathon experience. It is similar to the marathon
program but does not include personalized schedules, or individual
coaching:
* Fee $100 – 6 months training.
